Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every pricing tier includes the full DonorMind AI platform with all core features. Plans differ only by the number of donors and AI usage limits, not by features. We believe every nonprofit deserves access to the same powerful tools.
What counts as an "AI communication"?
Each AI-generated piece of content (thank-you letter, appeal, reminder, etc.) counts as one communication. Batch operations count as one per recipient. Most nonprofits find they use far fewer than their monthly limit.
Is there really no per-seat fee?
Correct. Unlimited users on all plans. Add your entire team without worrying about seat costs. We charge by the scale of your donor database, not by how many people need access.
What happens after the free trial?
Essentials and Starter plans get 2 months completely free with no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue on your plan or switch to a different tier. Your data stays with you either way.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, the new rate applies immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Our pricing is already designed specifically for nonprofits and is significantly lower than legacy CRMs. For organizations with limited budgets, contact us to discuss options.
What CRM integrations are available?
We currently support Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang, and CSV/Excel imports. Integrations with Little Green Light, Blackbaud, and DonorPerfect are on our roadmap. Starter plans and above include all available integrations.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each organization's data is isolated. We use enterprise-grade encryption, PII detection and redaction, and maintain complete audit logs. Your data is never used to train public models. Enterprise plans can opt for private cloud or on-premise deployment.
